How can the price be fixed if traffic varies?
We quote a fixed fare based on your route and vehicle class before you book, so it's agreed upfront and won't change if traffic is heavier than expected or your driver takes a different road.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. Cancellations are free up to 48 hours before your pickup time, with a full refund. Get in touch as early as you can if your plans change.
Do you track flight delays for airport pickups?
Yes, add your flight number at booking and we track it automatically. Your driver adjusts to your actual landing time, with free waiting time built in.
