1. What we collect

Contact details you provide at booking (name, email, phone number)
Pickup and drop-off addresses, and journey details (date, time, flight number if provided)
Payment information, processed directly by Stripe -- we do not store full card numbers

2. How we use it

To create and manage your booking, assign a driver, process payment, track flights for airport pickups, and contact you about your journey.

3. Sharing

We share the minimum necessary booking details with the assigned driver, and payment details with Stripe to process your payment. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

4. Retention

Booking records are retained as long as reasonably necessary for accounting, dispute resolution and legal compliance.

5. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting info@hailataxi.co.uk.
