HailAirport transfers go wrong for predictable reasons -- usually a missing flight number or an unclear meeting point. A few minutes of prep avoids almost all of them:
- Add your flight number at booking. We track it automatically, so your pickup time adjusts if you're delayed or land early.
- Choose name-board or curbside. Name-board meet & greet is best for first-time visitors or if you're travelling with a lot of luggage; curbside suits frequent flyers who know the terminal well.
